I take part in the construction of the Amur Gas Processing Plant (AGPP).
DUTIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS:
1. Accept and inspect construction and installation, follow up the use of construction materials and items at all stages of construction project implementation as per the regulatory, technical, design and cost estimate documentation requirements;
2. To ensure full compliance with Russian Quality Rules & Regulations Management system with Technadzor and Rostechnadzor representatives;
3. Development and approval of construction site procedures, QCP and ITP;
4. Daily work with RFI issued by subcontractor according to quality procedure and ITP;
5. Implements an effective, corrective and preventive action system and track closure of NCRs, Field design changes and queries;
6. Participate in quality problem resolution investigations, conduct root cause analysis, issue recommendations for corrective actions and ensure their effective implementation;
7. Review the quality and completeness of permission documentation;
8. Quality control and completeness of as-built documentation with subsequent signing;
9. Work with Authorship Supervision (Field Engineering), Client department and contractors.

Construction of Integrated Facility for Gas Production, Treatment, Liquefaction, LNG and Gas Condensate Offloading for the South-Tambey GCF, production capacity of MTA 16.5.
DUTIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS:
1. Organize and manage the team of engineers (6-8 persons) at review of quality and completeness of as-built documentation and its compliance with project and detailed design documents and requirements of Client internal regulations and Russian regulatory and technical requirements;
2. Prepare as-built documentation to meet the project and detailed design documentation and Russian regulations;
3. Ensure compliance with effective construction regulations in terms of as-built documentation tracking;
4. Track the established reporting;
5. Interface with the representatives of Client and Contractors regarding the as-built documentation tracking;
6. Interface with the authorities (RTN) at Site inspections.

Engineering and construction firm, developing the design and cost estimate documentation, carrying out survey, construction and installation work and implementing the investment projects in construction and reconditioning of municipal facilities. Organization and management of the team of Engineers (4 persons).
DUTIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS:
1. Analyze the developed design and cost estimate documentation, ensure that design companies make changes to the design and cost estimate documentation prior to construction activities and during construction and installation;
2. Review permissions of construction and installation companies, review materials and equipment available with contractors and issue the permit of readiness for project implementation;
3. Accept and inspect construction and installation, follow up the use of construction materials and items at all stages of construction project implementation as per the regulatory, technical, design and cost estimate documentation requirements;
4. Oversee contractors to address regulatory, technical, design and cost estimate documentation deviations of contractors;
5. Review Work Execution Plans in line with regulatory, technical, design and cost estimate documentation requirements, oversee the compliance with safety requirements, such as industrial safety, occupational safety, fire safety and electrical safety on construction and installation sites;
6. Oversee contractors to prepare and sign the as-built documentation on completed construction and installation activities as per regulatory, technical, design and cost estimate documentation; hand over the turnover documentation to the Client;
7. Business correspondence with construction parties, follow up construction and installation activities as per the approved work schedule; take corrective action to eliminate the backlog in case the construction and installation activities are behind the approved work schedule;
8. Cooperate with representatives of the Authorities.
Daily construction progress reports to the management, monthly signature of KS-2 and KS-6 forms, attendance to Client meetings.

Engineering and construction firm that delivers services of project technical support, technical supervision, construction quality control organization and facility start-up.
DUTIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS:

Development of the Vankor Field.

Construction of «Local Processing Facility – North», of the Vankor cluster of fields.

March 2010 - January 2012.
OJSC «AK «Transneft» (technical upgrade of the Perm pipeline operation control station).
OJSC «AK «Transneft», ESPO Pipeline System Phase II - Pipeline and Pump Stations.
Functions: Construction Supervision on the part of Client (third-party technical supervision).
1 Accept and inspect construction and installation activities at all construction stages (civil, welding, fitting, electrical, special-duty) and sign Acceptance Akts KS-2 and KS-6;
2. Oversee the compliance with safety rules and regulations at hazardous industrial sites;
3. Review the quality and completeness of permission documentation;
4. Review the quality and completeness of as-built documentation;
5. Work with methodologies and regulations of OJSC «NK «Rosneft» and OJSC «AK «Transneft»;
6. Work with Authorship Supervision (Field Engineering), Client department and contractors;
7. Review, preparation and handover of turnover and as-built documentation to operators.
Daily reports to Client representatives regarding the construction progress, monthly reports under Contract, attendance to the Client, Contractor and Subcontractor meetings, work with auditors of OJSC «NK «Rosneft», OJSC «AK «Transneft».

1. Draw up work schedules, flow charts, method statements and punch lists;
2. Construction and installation quality control;
3. Handover and takeover of design and cost estimate documentation;
4. Preparation of as-built documentation on completed construction and installation quantities;
5. Compilation of takeover and as-built documentation and handover to Client;
6. Take part in resolving the issues regarding the updates to the design and cost-estimate documentation to be made by design companies.
Involvement in construction of an oil refinery in the Republic of Tatarstan and construction of the motor road in the Republic of Komi.
